Returns/Damaged goods

All products run through a thorough quality check before being shipped out.

Damaged goods/Returns:

If you have purchased a product that is not up to standard in any reasonable way, provided that the product was not damaged by you, we will first request images of the damaged product thereafter we will order a courier pickup to your destination and the correct product will be sent back to you.

If an individual has mistakenly ordered the wrong size, it is up to the individual to organize for the parcel to be sent back to us. The individual will be liable to pay for the return of the correct product thereafter.
